Booking rates:
15th December - 15th February $1850 p/n
16th February – 30th April $1350 p/n
1st May - 30th September $800 p/n
1st October - 14th December $1350 p/n
All bookings must be a minimum of two nights. For bookings made more than 30 days in advance of your stay we require a non refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled applies if you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled within this period applies. We do advise guests to take out holiday insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances. The house sleeps six people, for a charge of $50 a night a rollaway bed can be supplied for one extra person.
